Foundations of mindfulness
Thoughts, sensations, emotions and self-compassion — as practical everyday tools. Learning to relate to thoughts without losing your footing, and growing a self-compassion that actually changes how you live.
A personalized 15-session, 1:1 mentoring program rooted in mindfulness, supporting lasting change from within. Through presence, embodiment, inner work, and limiting belief transformation, each session is tailored to where you are and what is most alive for you.

After years of talk therapy I felt stuck. When I met mindfulness in the East, for the first time I felt I'd found a key.
I understood that change lives in many parts of us — in beliefs held in the subconscious, in feelings and sensations stored in the body, and in the automatic ways our mind and habits run.
After deep inner work with myself, I now walk this path with others. When we want to change something "out there," we're really asking to change something inside.
Real change with tools that actually work — tailored to your needs, pace and depth.
Thoughts, sensations, emotions and self-compassion — as practical everyday tools. Learning to relate to thoughts without losing your footing, and growing a self-compassion that actually changes how you live.
Working with alpha and theta brainwaves to enter the subconscious directly — releasing the beliefs that quietly bind us, creating new reality, and expanding what feels possible for you.
A conscious space where unprocessed experiences, sensations and emotions stored in the body can rise, be metabolised and finally be released. This isn't more talking — it's gentle, practical inner work.

Yes, we talk. But the work itself is gentle and practical: learning to relate to thoughts without losing our footing, growing a self-compassion that actually changes lives, releasing beliefs that bind us, and processing what the body has been holding on our behalf.
Sessions are online, in Hebrew or English, roughly weekly or every other week. Between sessions you'll have short practices to meet in your daily life — because the real shift happens in the days between us.
A guiding structure — the order of sessions may shift according to what you need.
We learn and practise a practical tool to help loosen the beliefs that hold us back.
We create a conscious space where experiences, sensations and emotions held in the body can rise, be met and released.
We understand how the subconscious works and how to use the alpha frequency to create the reality we want.
You don’t have to choose between being okay with your life as it is and wanting more.
You can learn to be here — and, at the same time, create what you want.
Thirty quiet minutes to meet, to hear what you're moving through, and to see if this program is the right shape for you.
Schedule your callIf there is something in your life you want to change — in relationships, career, or your relationship with yourself — and you feel ready to look inward and work with what is happening inside you on the way to change, this process might be right for you. You don't need to arrive with a formulated goal or know exactly where to begin. We can figure that out together.
We weave together tools from mindfulness, working with thoughts and beliefs, self-compassion, and body work. Alongside inner observation, we also look at the place you want to move toward and how you can begin to create change from where you are today.
Not at all. No previous experience in mindfulness or meditation is needed. We start from wherever you are, and the practices are tailored to you and your life.
Understanding why we act the way we do is important — but sometimes understanding alone doesn't change the experience. In this process, we practice meeting thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a different way, so the work doesn't stay only at the level of the head but can begin to seep into how you experience and meet life.
No. This is a mentoring and mindfulness process, and it is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment. In cases where therapeutic support is needed, it is important to turn to the appropriate professional.
Sessions take place online and last between an hour and an hour and a quarter. Between sessions, you'll receive tools and practices you can integrate into daily life, so the work continues beyond the session itself.
Yes, absolutely. You can choose a single focused session or several sessions, depending on what you need right now. The full program is structured as a process so that you can not only learn the tools, but also practice and gradually integrate them into your daily life — so that over time they become a way you truly know how to return to and use on your own.
That's exactly what the intro call is for. It's a chance to meet, hear what brings you here, and check together whether the process I offer matches what you are looking for — without commitment.
